Fairbill is licensed, not sold. This agreement covers the Fairbill iPhone app.
Apple’s standard EULA
Apple’s standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies to Fairbill. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of that standard licence and may enforce it.
Your licence
You may use Fairbill on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store rules allow. You may not copy the app, reverse engineer it, or rent it, except where the law does not allow that limit.
Subscriptions
Fairbill Premium renews automatically until you cancel. Weekly is 1.49 US dollars, monthly is 2.99, and yearly is 12.99, unless the App Store shows a different local price. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting your Fairbill profile does not cancel the subscription.
Your data
You can delete your profile and the data stored by Fairbill from Profile inside the app. The invoices and client details you created stay yours. The licence ends if you delete the app or if you break these terms.
